In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, the data received by Berguer Abogados by e-mail or through the online enquiry or CV forms shall be stored on a database for which Berguer Abogados is responsible. These data shall be processed with the utmost confidentiality and exclusively for the following purposes: (i) in the case of e-mails, to manage the relationship with the client, (ii) in the case of the online enquiry form, to reply to the enquiries made; (iii) in the case of the online CV form, for possible recruitment and selection processes.
Berguer Abogados shall only accept forms with the corresponding compulsory fields (marked with an asterisk) duly filled in.
By voluntarily sending their personal data, the User expressly authorises Berguer Abogados to process them for the purposes mentioned above.
The User may revoke their consent and exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of their data.
